Solaio, our upstairs private dining area, is a charming and beautifully decorated venue with a wine-cellar motif, making an ideal setting for meetings, reception space or an intimate cocktail party. Tulio can accommodate up to 22 people for a meeting, 40 people for a plated function, and up to 60 people for a reception. Recently added to the Private Dining Room are doors, which can be closed to provide the utmost in privacy for your meeting or social function.

At Tulio, we strive to make each event special, so details like customized menus, candles for the tables and background music are complimentary. In addition, we can make your event more unique with one of our Signature Meetings packages. Hotel Vintage Park is proud to partner with nearby Columbia Tower Club. Just 4 blocks from the hotel, the Columbia Tower Club meeting space occupies the top two floors of the Bank of America Tower, at 701 Fifth Avenue, with breathtaking views in every direction - the Olympics, Puget Sound, Lake Washington, downtown Seattle, and the Cascades. Columbia Tower Club can seat up to 250 in their elegant meeting function space.

Hotel Vintage Park also partners with the Seattle Public Library. Just across the street from the hotel, the Seattle Public Library was designed by world renowned architect, Rem Koolhaas, and offers state of the art meeting space that can accommodate up to 275 people.
