True to her title of 'The Grape Goddess', Francesca organizes the Vintage Park's nightly hosted wine reception, pouring only the finest local wines. She is the wine liaison for the hotel and can also get you to wine country by organizing the perfect wine adventure for you. No job is too big or too impossible and she can anticipate your needs like no other.
Look for the gold keys pinned to Francesca's lapels. These are the symbols of Les Clefs d'Or, the International Association of Professional Hotel Concierges. This means Francesca has developed impeccable skills and contacts and will cater to your every need.
Some of Francesca's favorite tasks as the Chef Concierge include buying clothes for busy guests, locating a missing friend for a guest and organizing a parachute jump for a prince.
Francesca's expertise and energy at the Hotel Vintage Park come from nearly 15 years in the hospitality industry. Her knowledge of wine stems from her Tuscan heritage and she has tasted her way through much of wine country on her trips back to Italy.
Currently residing in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, Francesca recently discovered a winery near her house. So she is fond of saying now she lives in wine country too.
